WHAT'S EXPECTED OF YOU:

  • Availability on both InBody scan days (beginning and end of the challenge)

  • Show up to a minimum of 3-4 sessions in the studio each week

  • Attend regular 1:1 accountability sessions with your coach (these can be done in the studio or via phone)

  • Commit to your personalised meal plan or tracking your food for your coaches feedback
